Kenneth A. Claflin is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and has served as a pastor for more than three decades. He and his wife, Melanie, have been married for nearly forty years and have walked the journey of marriage together through ministry, parenting, challenges, and growth.
Kenneth currently serves as lead pastor of Hamlin Assembly of God in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania, where his heart is to help people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and live out God’s calling in everyday life.
Beyond ministry, Kenneth is deeply committed to personal growth and service. He began training in martial arts in 1998 and in 2005 founded Wild Horse Martial Arts, teaching the traditional Korean style of Tang Soo Do. He currently holds the rank of 5th Dan and views martial arts as both a discipline of the body and a pathway for character development, leadership, and outreach.
Kenneth also serves his community as a part-time Emergency Medical Technician and has been an EMT for six years. Whether in the pulpit, the dojo, or the back of an ambulance, his life is marked by a desire to serve others with compassion, integrity, and faith.
